Job Description
This role will be part of the AI Business Solutions group and join a fast‑paced, high‑energy team responsible for transforming the way Chubb operates globally and delivering meaningful business impact across the value chain. It offers the opportunity to leverage the full spectrum of digital capabilities toward solving a wide variety of business problems, including unique challenges in problem‑solving. The focus is on applying industry‑standard practices and innovative ideas to transform how Chubb operates fundamentally.
Qualifications
Experience in managing transformation projects in the business with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams to achieve the goals of the projects
Sound understanding of technology, business and operations with hands‑on experience in delivering projects across various functions
Strong insurance domain knowledge with other core insurance functions such as claims, marketing, distribution, legal and operations
Understanding of insurance sales and distribution for consumer line of products and experience in telemarketing domain is desirable
Industry certifications such as ACII, FCII, CIP, CPCU preferred
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science), Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline
Creative thinker with proven skills in conceptualizing new product features, defining product roadmaps, developing business cases and proposals for solutions built on digital technologies
Ability to work with cross‑functional global and local teams for various projects across multiple time zones as required
Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in an incredibly fast‑paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision
Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Awareness of suitable KPIs associated with large‑scale projects
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads within tight timescales and budgetary constraints
Eye for detail, excellent communication skills and ability to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found
Knowledge of property and casualty products, accident and health products or personal lines products useful
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
