About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, specialising in both installation and service work across a variety of AC systems. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services to commercial and residential clients throughout South Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF and split systems.

*

Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner.

*

Conduct routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.

*

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company requirements.

*

Liaise with customers professionally, providing clear explanations and excellent service.

*

Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and job sheets.

*

Travel to multiple client sites across South Yorkshire and occasionally further afield.

Required Qualifications & Experience

*

FGas Category 1 certification (essential).

*

Proven experience working on VRV, VRF, and split-type systems.

*

Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills.

*

Full, valid UK driving licence.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Good communication skills and a professional approach.

Desirable

*

NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.

*

Experience working in commercial environments.

*

Knowledge of other HVAC systems.
