Our client based in Brentwood is an established independant FM company looking for a qualified engineer to carry out service, maintenance, installations, and repairs on air conditioning and chiller systems.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Hours: 40 hrs pw

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver PPM, fault diagnostics, installations, and repairs on air conditioning and chiller systems
• Communicate clearly with clients and maintain accurate service records (e.g. F-Gas logs)
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in air conditioning or building services
• F-Gas certified; NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air
• Full UK driving licence; mobile role with company van and phone provided
