We’re looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a busy team delivering high-quality installations across commercial and industrial sites in Suffolk and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and test air conditioning systems for commercial, industrial, and retail clients.
*
Work closely with project managers to ensure installations meet client specifications.
*
Conduct minor maintenance and service work when required.
*
Travel within a 30–40 mile radius of Ipswich; overnight stays with notice for longer jobs.

Hourly rate £19–£20/hr + plus overtime after 40 hours

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
*
Proven experience installing and commissioning air conditioning systems
*
Refrigerant handling qualification (C&G2079 or equivalent)
*
Knowledge of HVAC, commercial AC, industrial AC, refrigeration, and water chiller systems
*
Strong organisation, communication, and customer service skills
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Willingness to complete an advanced DBS check
