Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a stable, long-term role with a well-established building services company? Do you enjoy working on planned and reactive maintenance at a single, high-profile site?

On offer is the opportunity to join a business providing reactive and planned maintenance services at a prestigious Wimbledon site. The company places strong emphasis on training, development, and supporting engineers on site.

In this role you will maintain all air conditioning systems on site, carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs as required. You will manage parts, complete job reports and risk assessments, ensure compliance with the Client's Permit to Work System, maintain a safe working environment, update the client on progress, and perform weekly visual checks of the absorption chiller. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

This role would suit an Air Conditioning Engineer with a mechanical background, fault-finding ability, and a desire for a stable, career-focused role.

The Role:

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on air conditioning systems.
• Complete engineer's report sheets, risk assessments, and ensure all work complies with health & safety and the Client's Permit to Work System.
• Manage parts required for maintenance tasks and ensure smooth workflow on site.
• Perform weekly visual checks of key equipment and keep the client updated on progress.

The Person:

• City & Guilds qualified in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Background in mechanical building services, including installation, maintenance, and fault-finding
• Holds a valid DBS (CRB) or is willing to obtain one.
• Commutable to Wimbledon
