Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of Air Conditioning Engineers on-site and in the field
• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems
• Ensure all work meets industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company expectations
• Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and manage project timelines efficiently
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
• Maintain strong client relationships across commercial and industrial sectors
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-term solutions

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or HVAC Engineer
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (or readiness to step up)
• Strong knowledge of cooling, heating, and ventilation systems
• F-Gas certification (essential)
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and team management abilities
