We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established building services provider covering sites across the Bristol, Swindon and Gloucester region.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a stable role with a strong benefits package and varied building services exposure.
Duties:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on air conditioning systems
- Attending reactive breakdowns and fault finding on AC and associated HVAC plant
- Working on splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and FCUs
- Completing general building services maintenance when required
- Minor installation and remedial works
- Updating jobs via CAFM system and completing compliance paperwork
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety procedures
- City & Guilds Air Conditioning
- F-Gas qualified (essential)
- Proven experience in commercial AC maintenance
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Good understanding of general building xbpsjku services
- Full UK driving licence
- £45,000 - £50,000 salary
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
