Salary: Circa £55K+ Company Van + Benefits Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Covering the M25 corridor from J23J31 including Dartford, Waltham Abbey, Cheshunt, Romford ________________________________________ About the Role: Were recruiting on behalf of a leading FM services provider, looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their Southern Region team. You'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation systems across commercial sites. This is a MondayFriday role, with minimal overnight stays and participation in a rotating on-call schedule (1/5 weeks) ________________________________________ Whats on Offer: Competitive basic salary Overtime available Company van (with fuel card) (can be used for personal use) Monday to Friday working hours Paid on-call allowance All tools, PPE, and equipment provided Training and development opportunities Supportive management and strong team culture Pension scheme + 25 days holiday ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Maintenance, service, and repair of: oVRV/VRF systems oSingle & multi-split systems oAHUs, supply and extract fans oSmall chillers (preferred but not essential) Minor A/C installations (preferred) Asset collection and system database updates Fault finding and remedial repair work Plantroom housekeeping Working to health & safety standards Supporting stores xehkeey and parts processes Liaising with clients and internal teams Participation in on-call rota ________________________________________ Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in A/C or refrigeration maintenance NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning (Level 2 considered) F-Gas certification (essential) Strong diagnostic and repair skills Good understanding of plantroom and HVAC systems Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Full UK driving licence
