CBW are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established specialist , forward-thinking Air Conditioning contractor operating across Scotlands Central Belt. This is a mobile role supporting a diverse portfolio of end-user clients, delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and fault resolution on air conditioning systems.
Salary & Package:
Salary up to £45,000 DOE Guaranteed additional earnings approx. £600 per year from call-out 36-hour working week reduced hours compared to the standard 40-hour week On-call rota: Approximately every 6 weeks (can be less) Call-out pay £100 weekend allowance + minimum 4 hours paid per call-out Overtime - Saturday: Time and a half, Sunday: Double time No burnout culture the business actively avoids unsustainable 50-hour weeks Paid travel time starts after 20 miles from the office Company van fully equipped Laptop supplied Phone or mobile allowance Strong back-office and technical support available at all times Systems designed to make the role efficient and well-suppo...
