We are seeking an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Installer to join a well‑established and rapidly expanding HVAC company based in Hitchin. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to take the next step in their career within a business that has been proudly serving London and the Home Counties since 1999.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering a wide range of air conditioning installation projects across both domestic and commercial environments. This role requires a hands‑on engineer who can work independently, manage their workload effectively, and ensure all installations are completed to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and carry out full air conditioning installation works across varied project sizes.

* Commission systems and complete all relevant commissioning documentation.

* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer communication.

* Represent the company professionally on-site and with clients.

Essential Requirements

* Full, valid UK driving licence.

* Minimum 2 years’ post‑qualification experience in air conditioning installation.

* Strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and demonstrate initiative.

* Basic computer literacy.

Desirable Qualifications

* C&G Level 2 F-Gas and ODS Regulations: Cat 1.

* City & Guilds Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

* IPAF, PASMA, or CSCS certifications (training can be provided if not held).

Salary & Benefits

* £45,000 – £55,000 per year, depending on experience (overtime available).

Experience Required
