The Package £45,000 £55,000 per year (depending on experience) Monday to Friday (8:00am 5:00pm) Weekend work available (paid as overtime or time in lieu) Company electric van provided 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Structured training and personal development plan Industry-accredited external training opportunities Full access to tools and equipment Location Based in London Field-based role covering surrounding areasThe PersonThe ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated engineer looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing business.Key requirements: Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration F-Gas certification (essential) ACRIB registered (desirable) Minimum 5 years practical experience Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Good electrical knowledge Experience working with a range of manufacturers and systems Full UK driving licence Positive, self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethicThe RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing and professional team.This role is primarily focused on maintenance and replacement of existing systems rather than new installations, working across both commercial and residential environments.Key responsibilities include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Servicing, fault finding and repairing a range of AC systems Replacing existing units where required (minimal new install work) Working on systems including splits, VRF/VRV and AHUs Ensuring high standards of work and overall job quality Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry regulationsAdditional InformationThis role offers a clear path for progression, with ongoing training and support to help develop your technical skills and advance your career.Youll be working as part of a knowledgeable and experienced team, delivering high-quality service to a growing client base.JBRP1_UKTJ
