Job Title - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

Location - Central London

Salary - £35,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a motivated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team working across Central London. We are open to junior engineers with the right attitude, as well as experienced engineers looking for stability, flexibility, and long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities

* Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems

* Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of commercial HVAC equipment

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns

* Completing job reports and documentation accurately

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer service

* Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team

Systems You May Work On

* Split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems

* Commercial air conditioning systems

* Refrigeration equipment (experience dependent)

* Associated mechanical and electrical components

Call-Out

* Call-out rota: 1 in 9

* Flexi-time available

* Overtime offered but not compulsory

What We’re Looking For

Essential

* F-Gas qualification (or willingness to obtain for junior engineers)

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude

* Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable

* Experience in air conditioning and/or refrigeration

* NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications

* Experience working in commercial environments
