Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

Robert Hurst are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established and growing building services contractor operating across Greater London.
This is a mobile role, predominantly covering sites within the Inner M25. Engineers typically attend 1–2 sites per day, with 3–5 callouts depending on workload.
The Role
You will be responsible for:

Service, maintenance and inspection of AC, refrigeration & HVAC systems
*
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
*
Reactive fault finding and repairs
*
Working on AHUs, chillers, split systems & fan coil units
*
Small works, installations and refurbishment projects
*
Liaising with building maintenance teams
*
Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
*
Assisting with general building maintenance tasks where required
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in service, installation, PPM & reactive maintenance
*
Strong knowledge of chillers and refrigeration plant
*
F-Gas 2079 (Safe Handling of Refrigerants) – essential
*
Trade qualified AC / Refrigeration Engineer preferred
*
Good building services knowledge (basic electrical, mechanical & plumbing understanding)
*
Organised with good IT and reporting skills
