We're hiring for a mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join a long-established service and maintenance team working across the North West. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on maintenance, fault finding, and repair across commercial clients — with a tight patch, strong manufacturer training, and a 1-in-10 callout rota that keeps your work-life balance in check. What You'll Be Doing You'll be working on a wide mix of AC and refrigeration systems — split systems, VRVs/VRFs, cold rooms, commercial refrigeration cabinets, AHUs, and chillers. Most of your time will be spent in the field across schools, hospitals, healthcare sites, and retail premises, using a company vehicle fully kitted out for mobile engineers. You'll handle breakdowns, general service, and planned maintenance, with plenty of technical support on hand if needed. What You'll Need
