We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong background in servicing to become part of our engineering team. This position involves carrying out planned and reactive works on air conditioning systems across both commercial premises.

The role demands a solid understanding of air conditioning systems and their electrical components, alongside a methodical approach to fault diagnosis. You will be required to represent the company professionally at all times, delivering a high level of service while working independently and supporting team operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems, including cold room applications.
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance on split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
  • Commission new split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
  • Service, commission, and troubleshoot Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) systems.
  • Respond to emergencies and unplanned breakdowns, including participation in an out-of-hours call rota.

Requirements

  • Valid F-Gas qualification (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Capable of managing workload independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills
  • Proactive approach to learning and skills development
  • Minimum of four years experience in a mobile servicing role.
  • IPAF and PASMA training can be arranged if required
