- £38,000 £48,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday role (core hours approx. 08:00 16:00)
- No weekend work, no call-out rota, no out-of-hours work
- Flexible working options (including 4-day week considered)
- Company van (with reasonable personal use)

- Covering London and the South East
- Mix of office-based coordination and site-based work
The ideal candidate will be a skilled and proactive engineer with a strong service and maintenance background.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining air conditioning and/or ventilation systems
- Knowledge of VRV/VRF, multi-split and ventilation systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- F-Gas certification
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, customer-focused approach
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing and professional team.
This role focuses on servicing, maintaining and repairing high-quality HVAC systems across a range of residential and specialist environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Service, maintenance and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of HVAC equipment
- Working on systems including chillers, AHUs, split systems and fan coil units
- Maintaining accurate service records, including F-Gas documentation
- Reporting faults and recommendations clearly to the office
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering a high level of service
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
