The Role

As an Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of air conditioning systems across commercial and residential properties.
You will work independently and as part of a wider service team, delivering high standards of technical work while providing a professional and customer focused service.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in line with industry standards and regulations
Diagnose, test, and rectify faults on a range of AC systems
Complete routine PPM to ensure optimal system performance
Carry out decommissioning and strip-outs of ageing systems
Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout plans
Conduct system performance testing and recommend improvements
Follow all safety protocols, especially around hazardous materials
Log all work accurately through the company service management software
Mentor apprentices and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Ensure excellent communication and customer service on client sites

What We're Looking For

F-Gas Certification (essential)
Full UK Driving Licence
Minimum 3 years' experience as a field service/installation engineer
Strong technical and electrical fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Strong communication and customer facing skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
IPAF or PASMA - advantageous , but training can be provided
Experience with ductwork installation - beneficial but not essential
