Air Freight Forwarder - Nights

Derby We are currently recruiting an experienced Air Freight Forwarder to join a large, well-established logistics company based in Derby. This is a permanent night shift role within a growing operation offering excellent long-term career prospects. Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 10:00pm - 8:00am Salary & Benefits: Salary up to £38,000 (dependent on experience)

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end air freight operations from booking through to final delivery

Creating, processing and amending Air Waybills (AWB)

Handling AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments and time-critical consignments

Processing Dangerous Goods (DG) in line with IATA regulations

Liaising with airlines, handling agents, customers and overseas offices

Monitoring shipments and providing proactive updates to customers

Preparing export and import documentation

Ensuring compliance with customs, airline and company procedures
