Air Freight Operator - Import and Export

Location: Dagenham (Office Based)

Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary: Up to £33,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Freight Operator (Import & Export) to join a well-established and growing freight forwarding business based in Dagenham. This is a full-time, office-based position offering long-term stability and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling air freight import and export shipments end-to-end
  • Liaising with customers and overseas agents
  • Arranging consignments and coordinating bookings
  • Raising and processing all relevant documentation
  • Updating internal systems and tracking shipments

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in air freight (import/export)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
