A Level Psychology Teacher - Leyland Start Date: February (Long-Term) Contract: Full Time Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 per annum (dependent on experience)
Spencer Clarke Group is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school and sixth form in Leyland to recruit an A Level Psychology Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting in February.
This role offers the opportunity to teach motivated A Level students within a supportive department that values strong subject knowledge and high-quality teaching. The school is open to applications from both experienced teachers and strong ECTs with A Level Psychology experience.
The Role:
Deliver high-quality A Level Psychology lessons
Plan, prepare and assess in line with exam board specifications
Track student progress and provide effective feedback
Contribute to departmental planning and development
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching A Level Psychology
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
