ALSA - Future Focus Launchpad Close date 05/08/2025 Salary Business Support scale point 13-19: £23,557 to £24,307 gross per annum The Role Working within the Future Focus provision, delivered at the Launch Pad Centre, our new dedicated space in Blackburn Town Mall (formerly the Debenhams unit). Future Focus offers courses from Entry Level 3 to Level 3, with a strong emphasis on employability skills. Students will also continue to study GCSE Maths and English and take part in vocational tasters as part of a broad curriculum designed to help them re-engage and progress. This central location has been designed to offer a calm, supportive, and inclusive environment, ideal for students who will benefit from a smaller, more personalised setting to help them succeed. As a key member of the Student Support and Engagement Team you will provide a high quality, proactive learning support service for students who have special educational needs and disabilities.
