About Us

Portslade Aldridge Community Academy (PACA) is a member of the Aldridge Education family of schools, which locally also includes Aldridge Adult Learning and Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA).

PACA is a co-educational 11 - 16 secondary school in Portslade, Brighton and Hove with approximately 1000 students on roll. The Academy has a strong emphasis on both academic achievement and personal development. Approximately 70% of students take the EBACC and the school runs a wide range of enrichment activities and trips throughout the year. The school is very aware that it serves a fully comprehensive cohort, and PACA prepares its pupils for success in education and beyond through strong pastoral care, career guidance, and a commitment to excellence. PACA is rated Good by Ofsted in its last inspection in 2021.
