We’re on the hunt for an AML & Conflicts Team Leader to join an established team within a thriving International Law Firm for a 18-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of business acceptance, ensuring smooth client onboarding, managing compliance workflows, and leading by example of how to deliver exceptional service.

We’re looking for a compliance professional with at considerable experience in a business acceptance or general compliance role (ideally within a law firm). Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing client onboarding and matter opening, troubleshooting issues, and keeping workflows running efficiently Acting as a go-to expert for conflicts, AML, CDD, billing, and third-party payor queries Allocating and managing workloads, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy Leading a small team, providing training, and ensuring a consistent approach to compliance processes Resolving conflicts, conducting sanctions screenings, and advising fee-earners on CDD requirements Supporting policy drafting, delivering training, and assisting with system upgrades
