The Role
As Analytics Consulting Director, you will play a critical role in shaping strategy, growing revenue, and leading complex data initiatives for clients. You will report directly to the Partners, acting as a key voice in defining the consultancy's future – both commercially and technically. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you will:
• Own and drive the analytics and AI strategy practice, working with Partners to set direction and achieve growth goals
• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, from scoping to delivery, ensuring measurable impact and client value
• Upskill and mentor consultants, raising technical and consulting standards across engineering, analytics, data science, and visualisation
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, running workshops and shaping priorities, KPIs, and roadmaps
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly, deliverables hit the mark, and clients remain delighted
• Play a key role in revenue growth, supporting business development and helping to win, shape, and grow strategic accounts
• Drive innovation by identifying where emerging tech (AI/ML, automation) adds value and bringing it into client solutions
