Analytics Engineer

This is a high impact Analytics Engineer role where you will help rebuild and shape a central data capability at a pivotal point. You will join a lean core team with strong executive backing, giving you real ownership over data models, transformation logic and analytics foundations that support multiple product areas across the business.

The Role

• Act as a core member of the central analytics function supporting multiple product verticals
• Design, build and maintain robust data models for analytics and reporting
• Develop transformations using dbt on a Snowflake data platform
• Work closely with data infrastructure, product and analytics stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions
• Contribute to rebuilding core analytics capability following a period of underinvestment
• Take a practical, delivery focused approach with limited reliance on heavy stakeholder management

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience using SQL for analytics and data transformation
• Proven capability in dimensional data modelling, with Kimball style approaches preferred
• Hands on experience with dbt for transformation and modelling
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses, ideally Snowflake
• Comfortable using Python or similar languages for data tasks and logical problem solving
• Able to work autonomously in a small team and take ownership of end to end analytics solutions
