This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and stakeholder influence, driving decisions across multiple product and customer areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects across customer, product, and marketing domains
  • Analyse large-scale behavioural and transactional datasets to generate actionable insights
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques (e.g. statistical modelling, predictive analytics, causal inference)
  • Translate complex data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Partner with business teams to define problems and shape analytical approaches
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and storytelling that influence strategic decisions
  • Continuously improve analytical frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • Support and mentor team members, contributing to a strong analytics culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience using data to influence commercial or strategic decisions
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Experience with Python and/or R for advanced analytics
  • Strong background in statistical modelling, forecasting, or predictive analytics
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing end-to-end analytics projects independently
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
