Are you passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and deliver meaningful insights?

Do you thrive at the intersection of analytics, product, and client strategy? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for an Analytics Manager with strong technical and consultancy experience to help drive innovation and value across the UK property and financial services sectors. You'll lead a talented team of analysts, shape analytical strategy, and work closely with clients, product, and commercial teams to bring data to life.

The role will require you to have previous experience working in financial services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of data analysts and consultants
  • Overseeing delivery of advanced analytics solutions across financial services and property data products
  • Acting as a key contact for clients—translating their needs into impactful, data-driven solutions
  • Providing analytical support in pre-sales, helping turn opportunities into outcomes
  • Working alongside product teams to develop and evolve market-leading solutions
  • Driving customer success through tailored insight, storytelling, and actionable intelligence

About you:

  • Deep understanding of the mortgage or property domain—or the ability to ramp up fast
  • Proven experience leading analytics teams and delivering commercial value from data
  • A confident communicator who enjoys presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong technical toolkit: SQL and Excel required; Python a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a blend of strategy, hands-on analytics, and client engagement
  • Background in consulting or financial services is highly valued

You’ll bring:

  • Experience managing and mentoring analysts or consultants
  • A problem-solving mindset with a sharp eye for identifying client opportunities through data
  • Fluency in data storytelling, data visualisation, and analytical thinking
  • A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. maths, stats, economics, computer science) or equivalent experience

Bonus points for:

  • Direct experience in property or mortgage markets
  • A strong interest in the intersection of data, technology and financial services

Benefits that support your lifestyle:

  • 25 days annual leave (plus extra days for length of service)
  • Holiday flexibility: Roll over unused days or buy up to 5 extra
  • End-of-year office closure — more time to relax over the holidays
  • Summer Fridays: 4pm finishes during summer months
  • Free breakfast and regular office socials
  • £50 gift voucher when you move home
  • Parental coaching and enhanced parental benefits
  • Dependants leave – 3 paid days annually
  • Fertility support
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Good deed day and payroll giving scheme

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team at the forefront of data innovation in the property and lending space. If you're motivated by real impact, autonomy, and working with smart, collaborative people — this is for you.
