About the role We are looking for a customer focussed ASB Case Manager to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission. On the Job you will: Be responsible for delivering a comprehensive ASB service, seeking balance between tenancy sustainment and enforcement actions. This includes investigating and dealing with ASB issues, and being responsible for establishing practical solutions to support those experiencing ASB as well as including legal action against perpetrators.
