AOI Programmer / Operator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) Operator to join a busy and fast-paced Quality Control team within a growing electronics manufacturer. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual committed to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate AOI machines

Inspect AOI scans and rectify non-conforming components

Test PCB assemblies and report faults

Carry out visual inspections against customer requirements and datasheets

Accurately log failures within AOI/QC systems

Escalate issues to the Team Leader when required

Requirements:

Strong understanding of IPC standards, SMT & THT components

Good IT skills and excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work calmly under pressure

Working Hours:

37.25 hours per week over 4.5 days

MondayThursday: 7:30am4:15pm

Friday: 8:00am12:15pm

Last Friday of each month off
