AOI Programmer / OperatorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) Operator to join a busy and fast-paced Quality Control team within a growing electronics manufacturer. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual committed to high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Program and operate AOI machinesInspect AOI scans and rectify non-conforming componentsTest PCB assemblies and report faultsCarry out visual inspections against customer requirements and datasheetsAccurately log failures within AOI/QC systemsEscalate issues to the Team Leader when requiredRequirements:Strong understanding of IPC standards, SMT & THT componentsGood IT skills and excellent attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work calmly under pressureWorking Hours:37.25 hours per week over 4.5 daysMondayThursday: 7:30am4:15pmFriday: 8:00am12:15pmLast Friday of each month offIf youre driven by quality and continuous improvement, wed love to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
