We are immediately seeking Experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Management team in the Salisbury and Statesville, NC area!!

Job Title: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and NO on-call!! Pay Rate: $18 - 20/hr *based on experience* - PAID WEEKLY

***Responsibilities as a Tech:

Possess strong experience in the following tasks:

Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable) Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting Appliances - help with the installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs

Ensure all work orders and turns are completed in a timely manner based on priority Estimate time and extent of repairs and report back findings to the Maintenance Supervisor Perform routine preventive maintenance Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the maintenance

***Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:

EPA - HVAC - CPO certification is Minimum 1 year experience in property management- apartments, hotels or residential Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to the site daily; do not leave at the property Must have reliable means of transportation - attendance and punctuality are imperative Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented
