Edinburgh (2 days onsite) | Up to £63,000


We are looking for an Application Manager to join an Edinburgh-based IT team – reporting into the Head of Technology and leading a team of three Business Systems Analysts on a critical ERP platform.


This is hands-on leadership. You’ll be the platform or ERP SME – championing upgrades, feature releases, access control and system configuration – all while guiding and mentoring a top-tier team of Business Systems Analysts.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the overall health and performance of the niche ERP
  • Managing roadmap items, upgrades, and improvements
  • Working across departments – from finance to ops – and managing upward to stakeholders as well as a small team
  • Supporting and leading three Business Systems Analysts
  • Dealing with everything from access requests to system optimisation to long-term enhancements
  • Being the go-to for systems knowledge and platform performance


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing or owning business-critical applications – ERP, CRM, or similar
  • Someone who can stay hands-on technically but still lead from the front
  • Confident working with stakeholders and influencing change
  • Comfortable in hybrid setups – 2 days a week in a stunning Edinburgh office
  • Bonus if you know your way around Microsoft tools, Azure, or Business Central – but not essential!
