Due to a large-scale digital transformation, they are keen to appoint a Application Support Analyst paying a salary range up to £45,000 with a hybrid working model from the Warwick offices.
Application Support Analyst: Duties
Manage and resolve client facing support tickets
Triage issues, investigate and understand root cause analysis
Improve service performance
Implement root causes analysis and fixes
Effective documentation
Support users during incidents and fixes
User access management
Work with software development team
Application Support Analyst: Technical Experience
SQL
JIRA Service Management
Ambition to perhaps move into Software Engineering
