Application Support Consultant

Location: Full-time, on-site in Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an Application Support Consultant to join a growing team supporting a relaunched flagship ERP platform. Based full-time in a modern, centrally located Hemel Hempstead office, this role offers excellent career progression, exposure to project work, and a collaborative working culture with flexibility built in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting users of a market-leading ERP solution across modules including Accounting, CRM, Business Intelligence, and E-Commerce
• Investigating and resolving technical issues, often raised by non-technical users, with a customer-first approach
• Delivering outstanding service through clear communication, empathy, and effective problem-solving
• Contributing to project work such as go-live support, upgrades, and ongoing improvements

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a software support role with ERP or business management systems
• Strong SQL skills including queries and scripting; experience with SQL Server is preferred
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills – you're confident dealing with users at all levels
• A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a technical support environment
• Familiarity with SOAP, REST APIs, and working with CSV files is desirable but not essential
