Salary:
Paying £200 - £230 per day PAYE or £265.27 - £305.06 per day UMBRELLA (inside IR35)
Applications Product Specialist Role:
- Handling of external and internal enquiries, either remotely or directly.
- Identification and troubleshooting of complex issues.
- Conducting and designing external/internal training.
- Information and knowledge transfer.
- On-site service activities – troubleshooting, installations, commissioning of instruments into routine use.
- Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory setting.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting experience.
- Tissue/Cellular Pathology/Histology/Histopathology background. Immunohistochemistry/In Situ Hybridisation/ISH/IHC.
- Platforms - Benchmark Ultra/Ultra Plus/XT, Bond, DAKO.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools.
- Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural environment.
- Full/clean driving licence & own transport.
