Apprentice Building Services EngineerJLL are excited to open applications for our 2026 Apprenticeship program. We are seeking an Apprentice Building Services Engineer to join our team. This is an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with an interest in building services engineering. The successful candidate will be provided with specialised training, which combines working towards an externally accredited and assessed NVQ qualification, developing new skills and gaining valuable experience whilst working on the job. On completion of this apprenticeship, the successful candidate will be a fully qualified Building Services Engineer, responsible for working towards excellent standards of quality and safety in all aspects of their work. Following a successful apprenticeship, there may be opportunities for the right individual to progress into a permanent role within JLL.Apprenticeship Details:The course will be based onsite in Central London with one day a week at college in London. The course will be Building Services Engineering Service & Maintenance Engineer - Level 3.Responsibilities:Assist in the maintenance and commissioning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systemsSupport maintenance and repair tasks to ensure systems operate efficiently and safelyLearn to interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute installation tasks effectivelyParticipate in site visits and inspections to assess system performance and compliance with standardsHelp in troubleshooting issues and performing necessary adjustments or repairsDevelop an understanding of health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environmentMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedRequirements:GCSE English (minimum grade 4) and Maths (minimum grade 4)Minimum age requirement of 18 years oldStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHealth and safety-conscious mindsetBenefits:Gain hands-on experience and practical exposure in Building Services engineering within a dynamic and innovative organisationLearn from experienced professionals in the field, receiving mentorship and guidance throughout the apprenticeshipAccess to a wide range of learning and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and industry knowledgeCompetitive compensation packageOpportunity for career growth and progressionLocation: On-site -London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
