Do you come from a military background and particularly have served within the Royal Signals? Do you have experience in a trainer/instructor/assessor capacity?

Our client is a leading training provider delivering training to the military. They now have a requirement for an Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Signals to join their team. The successful Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Signals will ideally live in the Aldershot/Andover or close surrounding areas. You must have access to your own vehicle as you will be expected to travel to learner sites 3 days a week. Candidates must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.

This is a hands-on role that combines direct delivery, review activity, learner mentoring, and quality focused administration. Youll work closely with a small delivery team, providing individual support to keep learners on track and motivated.

Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Signals Responsibilities:

  • Deliver teaching, learning and assessment for digital apprenticeship standards.
  • Deliver and support Functional Skills (English and Maths) up to Level 2.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and plan meaningful learning.
  • Complete and maintain high quality, audible learner records.
  • Provide guidance, motivation and mentoring throughout the learner journey.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all learner progress and achieve their qualification.

Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Signals Requirements:

  • Assessor Coach L4 and/or Learning and Skills Teacher L5, or equivalent (CET, CAVA, etc.), or willing to work towards, as appropriate.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent)
  • Sector competent in digital standards and/or Network Engineering would be advantageous.
  • Experience within a training/instructional role.
  • Able to deliver training to apprentices.
  • IT Literate.
  • Hold a valid driving licence, with access to own vehicle.

Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Signals Benefits:

  • £29,288 - £32,088.
