Do you come from a military background and particularly have served within the Royal Signals? Do you have experience in a trainer/instructor/assessor capacity? Our client is a leading training provider delivering training to the military. They now have a requirement for an Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Signals to join their team. The successful Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Signals will ideally live in the Aldershot/Andover or close surrounding areas. You must have access to your own vehicle as you will be expected to travel to learner sites 3 days a week. Candidates must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS. This is a hands-on role that combines direct delivery, review activity, learner mentoring, and quality focused administration. Youll work closely with a small delivery team, providing individual support to keep learners on track and motivated. Apprenticeship Coordinator Royal Signals Responsibilities: Deliver teaching, learning and assessment for digital apprenticeship standards. Deliver and support Functional Skills (English and Maths) up to Level 2. Conduct regular progress reviews and plan meaningful learning. Complete and maintain high quality, audible learner records.
