Monitor and analyse employer feedback to drive continuous improvement, while actively supporting employer involvement in curriculum design and delivery. Essential Criteria: Experience of leading and managing a business development team within the WBL sector Proven experience of performance managing a team, together with the ability to inspire to achieve success Proven experience of business growth for the delivery of Apprenticeships.
