Balance Education is currently working with a leading construction and building services apprenticeship training provider. Our client is looking for a Apprenticeships Delivery Support Manager as Maternity Cover until January 2027. Our client would ideally like an experienced Apprenticeships Delivery Support Manager, ideally with previous experience working in the vocational education and training sector. This position is accountable for the management and delivery of apprenticeships in the designated local area within a region, against a suite of operational and quality related KPIs, including, but not limited to, financial, staff and learner performance. To ensure the end-to-end learner journey is delivered to the standard expected delivering positive outcomes for all associated stakeholders.The post holder will ensure the effective delivery of the learner journey through management of a regional team of Training Officers. They will focus on the effective and efficient delivery of apprenticeships within our training centres whilst maintaining strong relationships with employers and other relevant stakeholders.
