Salary: Starting £180 per day (£46,800) - Call out/ Overtime readily available.

ABOUT US:
CC Cousins is a successful and growing facilities maintenance provider, delivering high-quality services across the commercial and retail sectors . Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Qualified Electrician to join our team.
The successful candidate will hold a valid JIB Gold Card and 18th Edition qualification and will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works across multiple sites and projects.
CC Cousins has the pleasure of working with some of the most recognisable names within the industry, with clients including CBRE, Rontec, Savills and Avison Young.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting electrical installations in accordance with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment (Fault finding/ LED Upgrades/ Board Changes)
Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults and issues.
Always ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and plans
Collaborating with other trades and team members to ensure successful job completion.
Providing guidance and support to apprentices and junior team members.
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Keeping abreast of industry developments and changes in regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as an Approved Electrician.
JIB/ ECS Gold card
Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards.
Excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties in various environments and conditions.
Commitment to safety protocols and practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
18th Edition 2nd amendment
City & Guilds 2365 Diploma in Electrical Installations (or Equivalent)
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification or equivalent (Advantageous)
PTS-FA-3 & PTA-EM-1 (Adantageous)
2922-34 (advantageous)
2923-34 (advantageous)
