Approved Electrician - Borehamwood

£38000-£44000 + Van + Bonus + Benefits

Our client a FM Consultancy in Middlesex who focus on project sites in the London/South-East area are currently looking for an Approved Electrician to be part on an existing team. Project contracts will include schools, health care, retail, offices, and hotels, and will focus on regions to maintain an effective work pattern and minimise travel.

Key responsibilities for the Approved Electrician will include:

* Installing electrical systems interpreting layouts and schematics drawings

* Carrying out dead/live testing against BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations).

* Identifying and rectify faults

* Ensuring compliance before client handover including maintaining site logbooks.

* Working collaboratively within a team and independently on multiple site locations.

* Adhering to all safety protocols, maintaining the high standards of the business.

To apply for the Approved Electrician the following experience is required

* 4+ years’ experience as an Approved Electrician

* NVQ Level 3, AM2 (or Time Served)

* Hold your test and inspect qualification (2391 or 2394/5)

* Ability to work fast to tight project deadlines

* Full Driving license

The Approved Electrician role comes with full training and the opportunity to pick up new qualifications. A van is provided which can be used for private use, plus a pension, health scheme and a company related bonus.
