Relevant practices M&A, Private Equity, Ventures work, ECM workCommercial Real Estate (6 roles)varying in seniority from Head of Team at a Large National Firm to two large international Firms, a Corporate Real Estate role (wrapper work) for a Mid Town Firm and a senior role in a Mayfair/West End Firm. Including Investment, Development, Landlord & Tenant, HotelsEmployment (4 roles)All are Partner roles, one Contentious for large international Firm, one junior Partner (predominantly non contentious) for a leading West End Firm (less following needed) one for potential head of team at a strong Mid/Town FirmCommercial Law (2 roles)Junior or Senior Partner or Senior Associate with a small following.
