You'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end credit and cash service, working closely with stakeholders across the business to support performance, controls and continuous improvement.This is a leadership role with real impact - combining operational excellence, people management, and a strong customer focus.What you'll be responsible for Leading and developing the Accounts Receivable team to deliver KPIs, SLAs and service standards Managing credit control activities, cash forecasting and performance reporting Acting as a subject matter expert for credit processes across PBS and the wider business Ensuring compliance with financial controls, audit and legislative requirements Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes and customer service Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Deputising for the Head of Accounts Receivable when required About youYou'll be a confident people leader with strong credit control expertise and a collaborative approach.Essential experience and skills: Proven experience in credit control / accounts receivable, with at least 2 years' experience Previous team management or people leadership experience Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data, KPIs and reporting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisation, problem-solving and decision-making capability Experience working with SAP (or similar ERP systems) Desirable: Experience working in a Shared Service Centre FMCG or fast-paced business environment experience What success looks like Team KPIs consistently achieved Accurate cash forecasting and timely reporting Strong controls, audit compliance and risk management Engaged, high-performing and customer-focused team Continuous improvement initiatives delivering real value At Premier foods we believe in inclusion, authenticity and individuality.
