This is a technical role suited to an experienced architect with a strong background in commercial fit-outs of UK projects. The project they are hiring for is a high end office fit out in the City of London, currently in Stage 4, where you will be delivering packages and coordinating design.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical delivery of commercial fit-out projects from Stage 4 to completion Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and client standards Liaise with contractors and consultants on site delivering packages

Skills & Experience:

ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience Proven track record in commercial fit-out projects Strong Revit proficiency and experience working in a BIM environment Excellent technical detailing and problem-solving skills Confident communicator and team collaborator Have the right to live and work in the UK
