A leading design studio is seeking a talented and technically focused Architect or Technologist to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on two high-profile aviation projects within a collaborative and supportive studio environment. Responsibilities:

Support the Project Lead in addressing environmental, legal, and regulatory factors Contribute to planning applications and regulatory submissions Coordinate surveys and integrate findings into the design process Prepare and present design proposals using CAD and Revit Advise on contract selection and technical specifications Conduct risk assessments and evaluate building performance Promote sustainable strategies including refurbishment and recycling

Skills & Qualifications:

ARB-registered Architect or qualified Technologist with strong technical design experience Proficient in Revit, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and SketchUp Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects London airport project experience highly desirable The right to live and work in the UK
