Architect for UK residential projects \nCentral London \n Permanent position, five days in office\n\n A respected architectural practice in London is seeking proactive Architects to join their team, working on a range of residential projects from concept design to planning and tender stages. \n\n Key Requirements: \n\n5-7 years post-qualification UK experience in architecture.\nStrong understanding of residential projects, UK regulations, and planning policy.\nProficiency in Revit and/or MicroStation (majority of projects are working in Revit, but some previous projects at later stages are working in Microstation)\nA portfolio demonstrating residential design experience.\nConfident communicator, both written and verbal.\nMust already be based in the UK with appropriate work permits.\n Desirable Skills: \n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and experienced in team collaboration.\nStrong presentation skills with Adobe software.\nExperience with 3D modelling in Rhino and V-Ray would be a bonus, but not essential.\nExperience leading a small team and knowledge of RIBA Stages 4/5.\n This is a great opportunity for an Architect ready to take on more responsibility in residential design.
