Experienced Architect (ARB)

£45,000 - £55,000pa + perks + benefits + bonus ++

Sophisticated design studio of 50 in Central London is looking for an experienced talented Architect join them. Projects cover a range of Commercial Workplace, Luxury Residential and Mixed Repositioning Schemes, and they are very well known for the quality of their design, technical expertise and the level of detail on each & every project they undertake.

You will work on interesting design led and technically challenging projects in their beautiful studio and must have strong later stage technical work stage experience.

Candidate Requirements: -

• Fully qualified Architect in the UK (ARB Registered)
• Must have strong expertise in RIBA Stage 4 + technical work stages
• Experience on substantial architectural and interior projects focusing on the refurbishment and extension of existing buildings
• Must have substantial UK project experience both internal and external packages
• Strong technical skills / detailing experience essential
• Excellent AutoCAD
• Revit knowledge advantageous
• Photoshop, InDesign/Adobe proficient
