What your day will look like…

Every day is different… but always fast, collaborative and hands-on:

09:00: Coffee with your MD: Catch up on 2 to 3 live projects you’re leading. You report directly into a hands-on, pragmatic MD who loves working closely with designers and architects.

09:30: Turn concept into build reality: You will take early design intent (developed by in-house front-end designers + specialists) and translate it into the technical backbone:

Detailed drawings Plans, sections, elevations Construction details M&E + lighting coordination Feasibility + building control checks

11:30: Client & consultant calls: Architects tend to love this part: real influence, real conversations, real decisions. You will be the technical voice in the room… not buried in the background.

14:00: Site visit: Walk the space, resolve details in real-time, work directly with PMs, subcontractors and suppliers. You see your decisions become reality today, not “in a future phase”.

16:00: Switch to another live project: You might be running 3 to 5 projects at once (depending on scale). It’s fast but the variety is unmatched and you are of course supported by a team of lower level creatives and designer, with the MD on call. One day it’s a 5,000 sq ft creative hub, another day it’s a 90,000 sq ft flagship workplace.

17:30: Wrap up, gym session or social: Weekly team lunches, CPDs, motivational talks, gym sessions and a vibrant team culture keep things fun and lively.

What they’re looking for…

You don’t need D&B experience… but what you will need to offer is…

Architectural or technical design background (ARB, Part II/III or equivalent) Strong technical capability (Revit or AutoCAD) Experience in workplace, commercial interiors or fast paced fit-out projects Ability or readiness to run multiple projects with confidence Hunger for faster pace, more responsibility and hands-on delivery A positive, proactive attitude… you love making things happen
