Role & Responsibilities
Lead and deliver bespoke private residential projects across all RIBA work stages Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors, managing relationships and project progress Manage programmes of work, coordinating internal and external teams Contribute to the creative and technical development of projects, with attention to detail and design quality Undertake site visits and oversee contract administration duties Support financial and resource planning for allo...
